the staff was absolutely amazing and the place was clean. the staff was willing to help with any questions. the room was attractive, fantastic with fine bed. everything was simply brand-new.

The convenience of the location.

There is no alcohol served in the hotel which is not made clear on the website. Seeing as it's an international chain, I find this strange and a bit frustrating.

Impressive hotel, the stay was fantastic, great location on the Tower of Cairo. Absolutely amazing and fabulous staff did a great job. Our room was tidy and absolutely stunning, provided with a wonderful view and breakfast for 2, as for instance. The service was spectacular and the staff was willing to help.

Location of the hotel was very good, most of major hotes are in the same area, at Nile river.

Cleanliness of room can be better, and staff at hotel entrance should be more professional.

staff very unhelpful. everything we requested involved us asking at least 3 times and waiting at least 1 hour. Pool was supposed to be heated but too cold to use even in the day when the sun was out. Standard of hotel very poor for the price.

Just a solid selection for a transient visit in Cairo at a reasonable price. The staff were really attentive to my daughter's nut allergy, ensuring she had safe meal options . Bring earplugs to block out nearby music at night.

the hairdryer of our room did not work and after complaining they upgraded our room to a suite free of charge

The location offers fine river views, and the staff exemplified really good hospitality, promptly addressing any room issues I had. The breakfast selection was limited and could use enhancements, while the room card system was quite frustrating, requiring frequent resets. The pillows proved uncomfortable, affecting my sleep quality.
